How to Check a CRIF Business Credit Report.
- Now, if you want to get a business report, you need to visit CRIF’s official website, which is crifhighmark.com. Type the URL crifhighmark.com. This is its home page. Here, in the menu bar, there is an option called “Credit Score.” As soon as you move the cursor over it, two options will appear – Personal Credit Score and Business Credit Score.
- If you want to get a business credit report, you need to click on Business Credit Score. Scroll down and click on the “Get Your Business Credit Score Now” button. As soon as you click, a new tab will open, where there will be a simple form.
- Organization Name means the legal name—write it here. After that, type Your Full Name. Then enter the mobile number. Here, the Authorized Person—proprietor for a proprietorship company, partner for a partnership company, and director for a private limited or limited company—has to write their name here and enter their personal mobile number. This should be the same mobile number that was given at the time of the loan, because that number is stored in CRIF’s database and the OTP verification comes on the same number.
- After this, enter the business email ID and scroll down to click on “Get Started.” Here, information is given that an individual credit report is available for free, but to get a business credit report, you have to pay ₹2700 to CRIF.
- As soon as you proceed further, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on Verify. After this, the CRIF dashboard will open, where a payment pop-up will appear. Click on “Pay Now” and make the online payment of ₹2700. Once the payment is successful, a success message will appear.
- Now close the tab and complete the same form process again. You will receive the OTP again; continue by entering it. Then you will go to the dashboard, where a “Documents Upload Pending” pop-up will be visible. Click on “Upload Now.”
- Here, you need to upload the documents. If it is a proprietorship company, you need to upload the individual PAN card. For a partnership or private limited/limited company, you need to upload the company’s PAN card. After this, you have to attach the Authorization Letter—a request letter on the company letterhead, giving permission to obtain the CRIF report, with stamp and signature.
- Then, you need to provide the Organization Address Proof, such as an Electricity Bill or any Utility Bill. All KYC documents must be self-attested, with signature and stamp. After this, attach the Authorized Person’s PAN card and Employee ID card. If there is no Employee ID, you can also provide the GST Registration Certificate, which includes the Authorized Person’s name.
- After uploading all the documents, click on “Upload and Continue”. The report is generated within 3 to 5 working days. After that, you can go to the dashboard and view the report. CRIF also sends the report to your email ID.
